Someone in your corner. Every rep.
You’ve tried doing it alone. You’ve tried following plans. This is different: I’m physically there for every session, coaching technique, holding the standard, and building a routine that outlasts our time together.
All ten places are taken. Apply anyway and I’ll tell you where you are on the list and when the next place is likely to open.
Built for people the gym wasn’t built for.
- [01]You're not confident in the gym. Yet.
- [02]You want your technique coached live, rep by rep
- [03]You need appointments that hold you accountable
- [04]You want training, nutrition and progress handled together
All ten places are taken.
Personal training is capped at ten clients. That is the number one coach can genuinely look after, in the gym and between sessions. The roster is full, so applications join a waiting list, and I will tell you that plainly rather than squeeze in an eleventh and coach all of you worse for it.

What an hour with me looks like.
1:1 sessions, booked as appointments
Two or three a week. I'm beside you for every rep: form, effort and progression handled in the room.
A structured introduction to training
No being thrown in at the deep end. We build technique and confidence first, so the gym stops being intimidating.
Everything between sessions, covered
The same app runs your nutrition, tracks your progress and keeps us connected on the five days you don't see me.
Progress reviewed, plan adjusted
Same weekly rhythm as every RGT client. A missed week never becomes a lost month.
Two hours in the gym doesn’t fix the other 166.
This is the part people don’t expect. The sessions are the addition, not the whole thing. Personal training clients get the same weekly check-in, the same plan adjustments and the same coaching between appointments as everyone else.
Which is also why, if the five days are your real problem and not your technique, you should read the comparison below before you apply.

My honest answer: most people should go online.
I say that on the page that sells personal training, because it is true. If you will do the work and what you’re missing is structure and someone adjusting the plan, online gets you the same result for less, and it fits a life that moves around. Personal training is worth it when you genuinely need me in the room: when technique is the blocker, or when an appointment is the only thing that gets you through the door.
Right now that decision is easier than usual: personal training is full and online is open. If waiting three months would mean not starting at all, don’t wait.
Full. Get in the queue.
and I’ll tell you straight if online suits you betterTell me where you’re starting from and what has got in the way before. I read every application myself, and you’ll hear back either way: where you are on the list, when a place is likely to open, and whether I think you should wait for it or start online now.
