The Member Platform

The member platform (everything behind your login) uses only technically necessary cookies required for authentication and secure session management. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are used inside the member area.

Session Cookies

Session cookies are set by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) to keep you logged in. These cookies:

• Are httpOnly and Secure - they cannot be accessed by JavaScript or sent over unencrypted connections
• Expire when you log out or close your browser
• Contain no personal information and cannot be used to track you across other websites
• Are essential for the platform to function

Marketing Pages

Our public marketing and sign-up pages may use third-party tools that set their own cookies:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel: used to measure the performance of our advertising. These are advertising cookies and are never connected to your health or coaching data.
• Vimeo: embedded videos may set cookies from Vimeo when played.

These tools only run after you accept them in the cookie banner shown on our marketing pages. If you decline, no marketing cookies are set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting the member platform.
